The guideline will be very simple.
Explain the process u have audited stepwise, then highlight the execution of the process, then u can arrange the flaws or excellence of the outcome of the process and at the end u can put ur observation or suggestion to improve the existing process. Here process can be any process related to the place u are auditing.
The poster dont have any stircit guideline just arrange them accordingly and more emphasis will be given to the information rather than ornamental issue. Specifically the observation and suggestion will be my area of interest where i can check your constructive critical approach based on your understanding of the pharmacy subjects.
