TO : All students
TITLE : Residential issue 2010/2011 (Dialogue Admin-Students)

Based on dialogue that was conducted on 24th March 2010 in Mahallah IM2, the best decision was made by IIUM Kuantan Campus management in order to solve students’ residential problem for next semester as follows:

1. All female students will stay inside IMC (from T1-T7 & M1-M8) starting from semester 1 2010/2011 until December 2010. After that, the reshuffling will be made.

2. Movement plan which involve 150 male students* will be introduced. This group of students will stay temporarily in Mahallah IM2 (T8 & T9) and Mahallah IM6 (T10) for two until three weeks only. After that, they will move to new mahallah (near Kompleks Dagangan Mahkota) in august 2010.

3. First and final year students 2010/11 will not be involved in this movement plan.

*This group can be referred at mahallah office on Friday (26th March 2010)
