To Do List - CONVO!

1. Starting from 1 sept,
A. Isi IIUM Alumni tracer Study kat http://itdportal.iiu.edu.my/tracer
B. Isi MOHE tracer study kat http://graduat.mohe.gov.my/
C. Kemudian WAJIB PRINT SLIP kedua2nya
2. Then PRINT
ROBE FORM yang ada kat http://www.iium.edu.my/convo/index.shtml then klik FORMS dan pilih robe form.
3. Ambil jubah kat CAC IIUM Gombak sama ada
A. 1 & 2 oktober (sabtu dan ahad)
atau
B. 5 - 7 oct ( rabu-jumaat)
from 9am - 4pm including lunch hour.
4. Masa ambil jubah, bawa
A. Slip IIUM Online Tracer Study
B. Slip MOHE tracer study
C. Robe form
5. Kalau nak suruh orang lain ambilkan,
A.kena Print dan Isi AUTHORISATION FORM kat http://www.iium.edu.my/convo/index.shtml then klik forms
B. bawa salinan IC kita dan salinan IC wakil.
C. bawa semua dokumen yg dah mention kat no. 4.
6. Masa ambil jubah, kita akan dapat
A. of course jubah(robe), hood dan headgear.
B. invitation card for parents (reminder : hanya 2 orang je yg bleh masuk...kalo bawa adik2 spupu spapat ramai2, depa xleh masuk).
C. seat number
D. Convocation Multimedia Card. (check dulu ok ke tak, kalau tak ok card ni, kena rectify the problem supaya bleh guna)
reminder : saiz jubah terhad, so baik amik cepat2...
7. Cara pakai Jubah
klik pada http://www.iium.edu.my/convo/robe.shtml dan tgk la video cara pakai jubah.
8. Dress code masa convo
Malaysian Male Graduates
Dark 'baju melayu' with 'songket sampin', or dark lounge suit.
Leather shoes (black/dark).
Malaysian and Non Malaysian Female Graduates
National dress or formal dress which covers the *aurah. Cream coloured tudung/ headcover.
Black or dark brown shoe.
9. Duduk ikut seat number masing-masing.
10. Bawa Convocation Multimedia Card
A. Masa kat atas stage, kita akan kasi card ni kat person in-charge dan dia akan swipe card tu n nama kita akan appear on the screen.
B. kalau taka bawa alamak xde la nama korang kat skrin tuh.
11. Masa kat stage
A. Jalan ke pentas dan pass ur convo card kat person in charge atas stage tu.Dia akan swipe card kita.
B. Bila nama dah diannounce , berjalan menuju rector.
C. Berhenti kat tanda X. Tunduk sket dan ambik skrol dengan kedua belah tangan.
D. Undur selangkah ke belakang, tunduk dan sipikan badan ke kiri sket. pegang skroll dgn tgn kanan dan berjalan dengan penuh rendah diri turun dari stage.
E. duduk balik kat seat korang.
P/s : sebelum duduk balik kat seat, korang akan dapat photograph slip.bleh ambik gmbar kat tmpat ambil jubah selepas upacara.
12. Kembalikan Jubah bila?
A. start from hari convo smpai 10 october kat tempat sama ambil jubah dari jam 9-4pm.
B. lambat sehari denda RM10.
13. nak amik credential
A. Ambik lepas abis convo, maknanya petang tu la kat Admisiion record level 1.
Okay, itu saja kot... hurm, ini saja rumusan yang bleh di buat... nak paham betol2 lagi, pegi je la kat website uia ye..

Dah boleh access
All graduates are required to complete and submit two (2) Tracer Study questionnaires which can be accessed directly at:
http://itdportal.iiu.edu.my/tracer - for IIUM Alumni Tracer Study
http://graduat.mohe.gov.my - for MOHE Tracer Study
This ONLINE exercise is COMPULSORY. You are expected to answer all questions. Upon completion, kindly print a copy of the survey slips (IIUM Alumni and MOHE) and submit the slips to the person-on-charge at the registration counter when you collect your invitation cards, multimedia cards and convocation attire as a proof that you have completed the surveys.
As a gentle reminder, your failure to complete the survey forms will consequently delay your process in collecting the invitation cards, multimedia cards and convocation attire. All the given information will be treated as CONFIDENTIAL. For further enquiries, kindly contact the office of Alumni and Career Services Division at:

Note:
While doing the Graduate Status Check, please check your details accordingly. And if you spot any incorrect details in your personal information, kindly contact Admission and Records Division or A&R (undergraduate) or Centre for Postgraduate Studies or CPS (postgraduate) to correct them.
For graduates who face problems with the tracer system, please contact Alumni and Career Services Division immediately either through telephone or email. You can also refer to us on the robe collection day since a tracer study (TS) booth will be stationed at the CAC during the robe collection day.
We also would like to encourage all graduates to print those slips earlier to avoid last minute difficulties. Printing services will be provided at the TS booth during the robe collection day, we will charge RM 1.00 per page.

*kalau majikan tak nak terima surat tu (utk mintak cuti, kalau nak cuti lebih la) sbb tak de nama, call 03 61964026 mintak diorg taipkan nama & diorg akan emailkan.
2)Date & aturcara semua macam kt website convo iium tu. Follow je apa yg diorg suruh tu.
