Students' Rights
Students have a right to:
-be treated fairly and consistently in all aspects of the assessment policy and practices;
-be informed of all aspects of the assessment policies and practices in each course; including the criteria to be met and penalties for breaches;
- the timely return of their work on specific assessment tasks, allowing for error correction;
- information and feedback which prompt them to self-evaluate, adjust, and attune their own performance against the criteria for each course and the performance of other students;
-be informed of appeal processes.
Students have a responsibility to:
a. ensure that they are properly enrolled and that they observe attendance and disciplinary rules; otherwise they may be refused assessment;
b. be aware of the rules of progression and requirements for graduation;
c. inform themselves on the University policies about academic honesty, legitimate cooperation, plagiarism and cheating, and timely submission of work;
d. ensure that they understand the requirements for examinations and other assessment tasks;
e. ensure that the submitted assessment tasks are their own work; group-work is clearly acknowledged;
f. be aware of the means for seeking assistance and advice on assessment, including appeals and dispute resolution;
g. seek advice from the course authorities if they are confident that particular assessment tasks are not fair, either in terms of the workload or proportion of allocated scores;
h. be aware that a major objective of assessment is the promotion of learning; for each course, a reasonable proportion of the final grade comprises scores that they have obtained from alternative assessment tasks;
i. use assessment to develop strategies for learning and self assessment.

Tema 3rd AGD 2010
Salam to all my beloved friends.
Seperti yang semua tahu, AGD kita akan diadakan pada 7hb MALAM.
Tema : PUTIH MERAH
tak kisah la putih semua ke, putih + merah ke, merah semua ke. asalkan PUTIH MERAH.

Visit Herbal Medicine
Semoga sahabat2 sekalian dilimpahi rahmat Allah dalam setiap perkara. Dalam menempuh kehidupan sebagai seorang pelajar ataupun lebih dikenali sebagai mahasiswa/i, tentu banyak yang boleh dijadikan manfaat dan tidak kurang juga cabaran serta kesilapan untuk diperbetulkan. InsyaAllah dengan kesabaran, keimanan, dan tawakkal, kita akan menjadi insan yang sempurna. Sebagai tazkirah di kala kekusutan dan keresahan menempuhi peperiksaan. :)
Tentative Visit.
Venue : Kilang X (tak pasti ape name kilang tu)
Date : 8th April 2010
Destination : Raub, Pahang Darul Makmur (semoga sentiasa dalam kemakmuran)
5.00 am: Semua dikehendaki berkumpul di IIUM tercinta dengan kegirangan disebabkan tamatnya peperiksaan. Kumpul di CF sis...macam biase la..common sense.
5.30 am: InsyaAllah akan bertolak ke Raub, jaulah melihat keindahan alam.
6.00 am: Sembahyang subuh berjemaah untuk mendapatkan 27 ganjaran pahala..wahhhhhh!!!!!!!!! lagi banyak, ingatkan 25 je... :)
9.00 am: Tiba ke destinasi yang dituju.
12.00 pm: Bertolak pulang, tetapi dijamu selera oleh Apip di rumah atuknya. Thanks Apip dan atuk.
1.20 pm : Solat berjemaah jama' qasar. Jauh jugak raub ni, sampai boleh jama' lagi.
2.00 pm : Melawat ke detinasi-destinasi menarik (Bukit tinggi atau....bukit tinggi).
7.00 pm : InsyaAllah tiba ke Kuantan dengan kepenatan dan kedamaian.
7.15 pm : Aktiviti bebas sendiri-sendiri yang Islamic jer...
